Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds:

  • We currently don't have any refund policy.

Exchange:

  • Worn / washed articles will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Claims of only defected & wrongly delivered articles will be acceptable after thorough investigation.
  • Articles with all tags and labels intact can be exchanged & claimed within 14 days of purchase/delivery.
  • Goods cannot be exchanged without the original invoice.
  • Exchange can only be made for the same article in a different size or color.
  • No exchange of articles purchased during sale & promotions.
  • Products purchased from our retail and online store can be exchanged from any Al Nasser retail outlet.
  • Due to hygiene issues, accessories and undergarments will not be exchanged.
